Our story

Nosara Bodywork is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to human optimization. Situated in the renowned Nicoya Península, one of the world's five blue zones, we are the ideal place to elevate your overall well-being.

Nosara Bodywork was originally founded in April 2014. It started as a Physical Therapy and Bodywork home service. A few months later, our founder Isis, opened our first office in a neighborhood called Esperanza. In the spirit of upgrading our location and improving our clients experience, we moved into Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in February 2017. The opportunity to open our Nalu office manifested in April 2021. Most recently, we opened El Pueblo office, incorporating not only more therapists from all healing modalities, but top of the line bio-haking technology.

Nosara Bodywork Wellness Clinic has now over 20 amazing practitioners. Our services encompass Physical Therapy, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Chiropactor, Massage, Speech Therapy, Psychology, IV drips, Private therapeutic yoga&pilates, some Alternative Holistic Therapies and cutting-edge Biohacking Technology, making us the ultimate one-stop destination for health and longevity.
